The 4507Tricon system is a powerful and scalable design that ensures continuous operation, complies with international safety standards such as IEC61508, and meets the requirements of emergency shutdown (ESD), fire and gas protection (F&G), burner management (BMS), high integrity pressure protection (HIPPS), and turbine control (TMC) applications. The redundant high availability architecture provides a flexible, robust, reliable, and powerful solution, making it ideal for customers who want to achieve excellent environments and security.
The 4507Tricon control system is the most advanced fault-tolerant controller based on the Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) structure. It integrates three isolated, parallel control systems and independent diagnostic circuits into one system, providing highly complete, error free, and uninterrupted process control through a two out of three voting method, without causing system effectiveness due to single point failures.
The 4507Tricon system has obtained TUV AK6 level, NFPA72, FM, CSA and other certifications, and is suitable for critical control and safety protection systems of various scales.
