Allen Bradley 1771-DW PLC 5 Digital DC Input Module

The Allen-Bradley 1771-DW is a wire fault module with an input of 15-27V DC. The 1771-DW have seven on/off DC inputs that can be converted to compatible logic signals with a programmable Allen-Bradley controller. This module detects the wire circuit which connects to the input device of the module or to the power supply that has short-circuited to the ground or circuits that are open. To monitor the module from this wire condition, a shunt resistor must be connected across the terminals. In the input devices, there are 2 typical wires that are hard-contact and compatible with the module are included and there are DC pushbuttons and limit, float, and selector switches that are been included also.
