Allen-Bradley 1756-HSC ControlLogix High Speed Counter Module

The 1756-HSC comes from the class of special input/output modules in the 1756 ControlLogix Systems series. It is manufactured by Allen-Bradley and it provides high-speed counting capabilities to the controllers for industrial applications. This high-speed counting module works on two different voltage levels depending upon the output counter voltage levels required for the connected devices.This counter module has two counters. Each counter has 3 input terminals and 2 output terminals. It is a 36-pin device which allows for integration with other ControlLogix modules such as Removable Terminal Blocks. The 1756-HSC is compatible with the 1756-TBCH and 1756-TBS6H modules. The counter can work in multiple modes i.e. the Rate Measurement Mode, Encoder Mode, and the Counter Mode.
